1). Login (MahaRERA login) on the official website of MahaRERA
2). after that you will see the Online Application option in the header of the website
3). Once you click on that, you will redirect to https://maharerait.mahaonline.gov.in/ and then login into the MahaRERA account
4). You see new registration, click on that and create a new account
5). Fill in all the information they want after that you will make your own user ID and Password then goes to the official website and log in with your ID and PASS.
Documents required by a real estate promoter to register with MahaRERA?
The following documents are required to register a project with MahaRERA:
1). PAN Card of the Promoter/Group of Promoters
2). Details of the encumbrances/mortgages on the property (if any)
3). Copy of the Legal title
4). Valid Certificates from the CA
5). Valid Certificates from the Engineer
6). Project Commencement certificates
7). Copy of the building plan and layout plan approval
8). Signed agreement of sale and allotment letter
9). Valid Certificate from the architect
How to file a complaint with MahaRERA?
MahaRERA is the nodal agency appointed by the Government of Maharashtra to adjudicate complaints against real estate developers who have committed fraud. If you have been a victim of real estate fraud, you can file a complaint with MahaRERA.
It will investigate the complaint and, if there is sufficient evidence to support the allegations, will take action against the developer. This may include ordering the developer to refund the money that was paid by the complainant or imposing a fine on the developer. MahaRERA will also bar the developer from selling any more properties until the issue is resolved.

What types of projects are not required to be registered with MahaRERA?

– ongoing projects where the sale of apartments, shops, or offices, as the case may be, has been completed before the commencement of this Act.
– ongoing projects where the developer has not received any money before the commencement of this Act.
– ongoing group housing societies registered under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.
